Simple Terracotta ear Studs!!

Hi there people, 

Today am sharing few more of my trials with Terracotta jewelry. I made few studs for my daughter, which she can wear for her school, something simple and neat. 

So check out the pics and do give ur opinion. (tried out some photography too ;) )

I kept the colours mostly on the darker side since the school uniform is blue and white. 

I was looking for apt places to click the pics, we are very comfortable with clicking scrapbooks and cards, but jewelry? it was pretty messy at first , then tried it on flowers. The ear pieces looked bright and beautiful on a Gerbera flower. And here it is.

Terracotta Jewelry - Peacock!!!

Wish u all a very happy New year 2016!!!!! Hope this year turns out to be an exciting crafty one.

Well my last few posts have been anything but paper crafts and so is this one gonna be.
Recently i had attended a Terracotta class and it was soo interesting to create our own specific designs in jewelry.

Today am posting one tedious job done with the Peacock Jewelry. The pics first ofcourse,

Loved the outcome of this. Though i never wear such heavy or big jewelry, jus loved doing the paint job and the assembling (ofcourse these are the easier work). The more tedious job is the rolling of clay and shaping it. 

Am not yet an expert at this. So no tutorials or instructions as of now. Hoping to do few more designs wenever possible.
