My Silhouette Cameo - the First cut

Hello Friends,.

Today am soo happy to share a wonderful news. Yes!!! I have got a brand new Silhouette cameo. And it was a gift for my birthday from my husband. Such a wonderful surprise!

It sure will make my life easy and i can confidently take orders, which till now i have been limiting a lot due to time concern.

I dont want to go into much details, still trying new things with it. Here is the set i got, 

I also got the Tool set as freebie along with it. Ok here is my first cut with the cameo.

The first pic is a Figure Skater, my daughter is a figure skater. So i simply had to do this design. The second is again the Skates, its a 3 layer piece.

The third one is free design already present in the library. So i just tried the tag with 2 colours.

Photo Frame for set of Twin Boys!!

Hello and Wish u all a very happy Republic day

Its going to be short post today, jus trying to keep my lil blog alive :[]

Ok here is a photo frame made for a set of 1month old twin boys. So here i have tried to keep it all blue, cute and simple.

Am loving Chevron more and more and use it in almost all projects, such a versatile design it is. I have used a few layers at the bottom of the frame, other than that its pretty simple. 

You must have notices it, yes i have used glossy accents on the centre frame of "my kids" and it simply pops and gives dimension. My glossy accents was in hibernation till now :[]

So hope you all loved this cute lil frame. See you all soon again, i do have a lil secret to share(publish).... hehe

Terracotta Jewelry - Peacock!!!

Wish u all a very happy New year 2016!!!!! Hope this year turns out to be an exciting crafty one.

Well my last few posts have been anything but paper crafts and so is this one gonna be.
Recently i had attended a Terracotta class and it was soo interesting to create our own specific designs in jewelry.

Today am posting one tedious job done with the Peacock Jewelry. The pics first ofcourse,

Loved the outcome of this. Though i never wear such heavy or big jewelry, jus loved doing the paint job and the assembling (ofcourse these are the easier work). The more tedious job is the rolling of clay and shaping it. 

Am not yet an expert at this. So no tutorials or instructions as of now. Hoping to do few more designs wenever possible.
